Father-and-son team Surinder Singh and Rajwant Singh have opened Singh Saab that serves specialties from Punjab. Rajwant Singh is the head chef of the restaurant while Surinder Singh handles tandoori style cooking.
The restaurant decor reflect the culture of the Royal State of Punjab while the food served is authentic Punjabi food.
Rajwant used his artistic talent to redecorate the restaurant. The menu have been expanded to include the Tandoori, Indo-Chinese fusion dishes that is popular among the Indian American community.
Chicken Tandoori, Chicken Biryani, Chicken Sheekh Kabab are their popular dishes. They serve lunch buffet from 11:30a.m to 3:00 p.m while dinner is served from 4:30p.m to 10:00p.m. It is open 7 days a week.
The lunch buffet have large vegetarian and non-vegetarian options while dinner will have ala carte menu cooked with perfection to make your meal truly memorable.
You will find that the service is attentive and well-informed. Do call ahead to make reservations since they can be quite full during dinner service, especially on weekends. You can also request for takeaways since their portions are very generous.
